Important Note:
For Joint Venture (JV) applicants, the financial qualification requirements shall be evaluated as follows:
- Lead Partner Requirement: The Lead Partner must independently satisfy at least sixty percent (60%) of each specified financial qualification criterion.
- Collective JV Requirement: The Joint Venture, as a whole, must collectively satisfy one hundred percent (100%) of the overall financial qualification requirements.
- Assessment of Financial Capacity: The financial capacity and corresponding evaluation score of the Joint Venture will be calculated based on the proportionate contribution of each JV member, weighted according to its respective participation percentage as declared in the JV agreement and bid submission.
