In compliance with the governance instructions of the listed companies of the year 2017 (Article Number -5-S), and the keenness BOD of Arab Potash Company to continually have communication channels that are open with you characterized by precision and transparency we present to you here-below the mechanism for receiving your suggestions and complaints- should they exist- as follows:

In case of the existence of any suggestion or complaint kindly communicate with us through the following channels:

 Insert any suggestion or complaint in the suggestions and complaints box present in the Amman Head Office - Finance Dept.

 Record the suggestions and complaints in the suggestions and complaints register present in the General Assembly meeting of the shareholders.
