Ltd. from 2013 to 2015. She also held several positions at SDIC Mining Investment Co. Ltd., including Financing Management Business Manager from 2015 to 2017; Consolidated Financial Statements Senior Business Manager from 2017 to 2020; Senior Accounting Manager from 2020 to 2024, Deputy General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department in 2024; and Deputy Department Manager of the Finance and Operations Department from 2024 to 2025. Mrs. Xia holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Central University of Finance and Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Science in Finance from Beijing University of Technology.
