APC and PKG sign three year supply agreement (Nov. 12, 2011)

During meetings in the first week of November, The Arab Potash Company, Jordan (APC) and Petrokimia Gresik, Indonesia (PKG) signed a Memorandum of Understanding under which APC agreed to supply and PKG agreed to buy a quantity of 150 000 MT of Potash annually from 2012 to 2014. The potash will be shipped from Aqaba, Jordan to Gresik, Indonesia according to shipping plans agreed between the parties. The prices will also be determined periodically in accordance to prevailing international prices. This agreement comes in continuation of the long relationship between the two companies and in light of the expanded capacity of production both at APC and at PKG and is a reaffirmation of the commitment of both sides to the expansion of trade and partnership.
